All prices include GST, are current at the time of ordering and are subject to change without notice.
Delivery Charges
We have tried to arrange a suitable delivery system that accommodates for a range of order weights, sizes and destinations. The maximum weight for delivery is 25kg including packaging. The following delivery charges include GST and are subject to change without notice:
Hamilton City - $6.00 Hamilton Rural - $7.50 North Island - $7.50 South Island - $12.50
Method of Payment
All payments must be received prior to orders being sent and can be made by either of the following options...

Cheque - Please make cheques out to Natures Patch and write your order reference # on the back then post to the address above. Please note: Your order will not be sent until your cheque has been cleared, please allow 4-5 working days for your cheque to clear.

Credit Card - Payment by credit card can be made via website ordering only. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Direct Credit - Please contact us for details if you would like to pay by direct credit.

Online Banking - Please remember to quote your order reference # in the details.
Delivery Details
We will process your order within 1 business day following receipt of payment in cleared funds. Payment by direct credit or online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. Once payment has cleared, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery. We will make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, but will not be liable for loss, damage or delay in delivery that is out of our control. Delivery is available in New Zealand only and requires a signature upon arrival.
Back Orders
If a product is not available at the time of your order being processed it will be backordered and we will send it to you as soon as it becomes available.
Returns Policy
We are happy to refund or exchange any goods returned to us within 30 days, providing that we have been notified within 14 days of reciept of goods, that the goods are unopened, they are are in their original packaging and there is no deterioration in the quality or appearance of the goods. Delivery expenses in both directions are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, please contact us and we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for delivery expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted delivery cost.
After 30 days returns and refunds are subject to manufacturers warranty.
Privacy
The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.
Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
