Terms & Conditions

Natures Patch reserves the right to alter these Terms & Conditions at any time.

1. You must spend a minimum of $10.00 in a single transaction to qualify for Loyalty Points. You will then receive 1 Loyalty Point for every $10.00 spent in that transaction.

2. For every 50 Loyalty Points collected you will earn a $15 Rewards Voucher. Rewards Vouchers are sent out to you by way of a Redemption Code which can be used either through the website ordering system or by placing an order by phone.

3. Any remaining points will be carried over to the next rewards date. Any Loyalty Point not converted into vouchers will expire 12 months from the day it was earned.

4. Redeemed vouchers and Freight do not count towards the total spend for collecting Loyalty Points.

5. You must spend a minimum of $50 in a single transaction to redeem your voucher. Only one voucher can be redeemed in any one single transaction.

6. It is the responsibility of the customer to keep their contact details up to date. We will not be liable for any lost rewards due to incorrect contact details. 

Privacy

The privacy of your customer details is important to us. We collect and hold your personal information so we can provide you with the benefits of having Loyalty Points. We will not disclose or sell your customer details to any third party.
